The JZR-PSF sandblasting room is suitable for sandblasting and cleaning oxide, rust, and paint scales on the surfaces of large components, large irregular workpieces, and large quantities of processed parts. Widely used in ship segmentation treatment, sandblasting treatment of workpiece surfaces for large and medium-sized enterprises, and pre-treatment in production workshops. It is an ideal surface treatment equipment for batch and large-scale dust-free sandblasting operations
● Scientifically simplified equipment structure: because the sand and dust are recovered by air transport; there is no need to use cleaning scrapers, bearings, pulleys, belts, chains and other mechanical recovery systems that are easy to wear and often replaced and maintained.
● Easy installation without digging pits: the system can be placed directly on the ground or installed at a high water level. If the sandblasting room floor is required to be level with the factory floor, only a slight treatment is required on the foundation.
● Super strong load-bearing capacity of the floor: the honeycomb floor has a large load-bearing capacity. If there is a track, the workpiece to be processed can slide directly to the top of the honeycomb floor module or the ground between modules, which saves time and effort.
● Wide range of applicable abrasives: the system relies on the principle of gentle air recovery to ensure that the abrasive will not be ground or broken during the recovery process. Therefore, the system is suitable for all abrasives.
● Rapid conversion of abrasive types: the system can quickly recover abrasives and dust on the floor. Different types of abrasives can be used in the same spray room, and workpieces of different material types can be processed.
● Safe production and protection for employees: Because there are no moving parts, operators and maintenance personnel’s exposed clothing and limbs will not become entangled or accidentally injured while working.

Payment method: Full payment to account, the supplier is responsible for issuing a 13% value-added tax special invoice to the purchaser
